The standard practice and processes involved in effective grading are generally made up of multiple different stages. These different stages are incredibly important and must be completed as precisely as possible. We begin with the “cut and fill” stage, also referred to as “the grading of the land” which effectively involves moving dirt/ soil from an elevated piece of land to a lower-lying area.
